1. When will I receive my order?

It takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Then anywhere from 1-3 weeks to receive your order.

2. Why did I receive only part of my order?

The processing time for some items is different. In order to reduce your waiting time, depending on the situation, we will send the available items first and then the remaining items. We do not charge you additional shipping charges if your order arrives several times.

3. How can I track my order?

Do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We will be more than happy to follow your order for you.

What I chose does not suit me, can I change to the right size?
Of course, you can, you just have to return the one you ordered and ship the right size for you after.

Is everything on the store designer brand?
Yes! Everything about the store is designer and sourced from different fashion boutiques and direct suppliers to both small and big brands.

My order takes too much time or never arrived, why?
If, for any reason, your order takes too long to arrive or arrive, please contact us and we will promptly resolve the problem.

How can I cancel my order?
Our cancellation policy will be different depending on the situation. The details are as follows: - For orders canceled within 24 hours of your payment, we offer a full refund.- For orders canceled after 24 hours but less than 5 days of your payment, we will offer a partial refund after a 15% cancellation fee.- For orders that have been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests. You will need to receive the order and send it back to us for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
